My journey into wellness began after a proud 13-year career in the U.S. Army, which included some special tours to Germany, Afghanistan and the Pentagon. Following that demanding chapter, I dedicated my life to healing, balance, and steady care. I am a Applied PSY major and graduate of City University of Seattle, I was an Honor Roll student graduate of Cortiva Massage Therapy Institute, a Certified Professional Coach, and trained Holistic Health Practitioner with a decade of experience helping individuals live pain-free.

Throughout my practice, I’ve had the privilege of serving communities across Western Washington. Notably, I was the first Licensed Massage Therapist to provide clinical treatment to the military community directly on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (Fort Lewis AAFES PX). Today, I welcome clients to my private wellness suite in Lacey, WA and serve as the first and only African American Massage Therapy commercial practice in Lacey/Olympia area.

My practice bridges deep, clinical bodywork with spa services and somatic coaching. I specialize in relieving chronic pain, stress, and structural body tension by blending attentive, pinpoint deep tissue work with advanced therapies like Infrared Sauna treatments and Botanical Foot Soaks.
