While our practitioner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology and continuing education in trauma-informed care, these coaching services do not constitute psychotherapy, clinical counseling, or psychiatric intervention. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions or clinical psychological trauma.

By signing below, you understand and agree to the following parameters: • Purpose: Heart rate monitoring is conducted purely as a wellness indicator to evaluate the efficacy of the session in promoting a deep, parasympathetic relaxation state. • Non-Diagnostic: This assessment is entirely non-diagnostic. By purchasing our handmade products through this website, you agree to the following terms regarding payment, fulfillment, and local pickup.

Local Pickup Only (No Shipping)

• No Delivery. We do not ship or mail any products. All orders are strictly for local pickup.

• Pickup Location. Orders must be picked up at our private practice location in Lacey, Washington. The exact suite number and building address will be provided in your pickup confirmation email.

• Shared Space Etiquette. Because our pickup location is a professional wellness suite, please remain in the designated reception area upon arrival to protect the privacy of ongoing client sessions.

Pickup Scheduling and Timelines

• Fulfillment Window. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to hand-prepare and package your small-batch items.

• Notification. You will receive an email notification the moment your order is ready for pickup.

• By Appointment. To ensure someone is available to hand you your order, pickup must be scheduled during our standard business hours or coordinated directly around existing session times.

Abandoned Orders Policy

• 30-Day Holding Window. We will hold your paid items for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date your "Ready for Pickup" notification is sent.

• Forfeiture. Orders not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned.

• No Refunds for Abandonment. Abandoned orders will be returned to inventory. Due to the perishable, small-batch nature of our botanical ingredients, no refunds or store credits will be issued for abandoned items.

Handcrafted Quality and Personal Care Disclaimers

• Batch Variations. Our aromatherapy body washes, body balms, and roll-ons , bath salts and room and linen sprays are handcrafted. Minor variations in color, scent, and texture are natural and expected.
