These clinical services are designed for physical treatment, injury rehabilitation, and structural pain management, and may be eligible for health insurance reimbursement.

• Holistic & Somatic Wellness Coaching: Somatic Wellness & Lifestyle Coaching and Certified Holistic Practitioner (HHP) services are cash-based wellness modalities designed strictly for personal enrichment, stress reduction, and nervous system regulation. While our practitioner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology and continuing education in trauma-informed care, these coaching services do not constitute psychotherapy, clinical counseling, or psychiatric intervention. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions or clinical psychological trauma.

2. Client & Patient Responsibility

By interacting with this website and booking any services, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your own health, medical decisions, and lifestyle choices. Somatic coaching and holistic wellness sessions require active personal participation and self-awareness. 3. Insurance & Financial Disclaimers

Health insurance companies will only reimburse for services deemed medically necessary, prescribed by a physician, and billed under recognized clinical massage codes. Standalone infrared sauna treatments, The Ultimate Grounded Ritual ($160.00), and lifestyle coaching services are not covered by medical insurance carriers and must be paid in full out-of-pocket by the client at the time of service.

While our specialized sessions—including the Bodies & Soles Integration Session ($110.00) and Far-Infrared Sauna treatments—are intentionally structured to alleviate physical tension and mental burnout, individual results will vary. No specific physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes are guaranteed. Any mentions of specialized retail items, essential oils, or botanical herbs are provided for convenience; it is your responsibility to review ingredients for personal allergens prior to your appointment.
